Christmas oatmeal balls
veganvegetarian:
250 grams of oatmeal 200 g icing sugar 75 g soft butter (unsalted) or vegan butter 50 to 75 g of dark cocoa powder 1 quarter cup cream or soy milk coconut to roll them in the end
mix the ingredients with hand mixer and Roll into small balls and roll in coconut
they must be stored in the refrigerator and not more than 10 days you can also add liqueur, sherry or coffee.
